The kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances: full oven, four ring hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle.   Also included in the apartment is an iron and ironing board to complement the washing machine that has been installed on the roof terrace.

The kitchen area leads onto the large balcony which faces west overlooking a children's playground - an ideal place to relax with a breakfast cuppa or to watch El Cotillo's famous sunsets.
