Our new one bedroom apartment is situated in the new harbour area of El Cotillo overlooking the Ocean front.   It is within a two minute walk from the main bars and restaurants, the Surfers' beach is within 10 minutes walk, and the Lagoons beaches are within 15 minutes walk.   The apartment is spacious for two people as it has a living area of 55 sq. metres and a patio of 20 sq. metres where you can relax and sunbathe watching the rolling Ocean waves.   A door from the lounge opens onto the patio.    The shared roof terrace ia accesible from the external main stairs but only for viewing and taking pictures.   The dining/living room has a settee with coffee table, dining table for four people, overhead lights provide the required reading comfort.   TV, DVD and CD players are included in the living area.   The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances which can be appreciated in the detailed section.   The bedroom is spacious and includes a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror and other facilities which can be read in detail.   This apartment provides all that one would desire for a laid back holiday in Fuerteventura.   It is a real gem, it has all you need to create a home from home.

Il nuovo appartamento è situato nel centro del piccolo villaggio di pescatori di El Cotillo.   A due passi dalla Torre del Toston e dai ristoranti.   L'appartamento è arredato con gusto e stile ed è composto da una unica camera con letto matrimoniale e da una ampia area cucina e salotto/tinello che conduce su un terrazzo esterno di 20 m2 con vista sull'Oceano Atlantico.   La sterminata spiaggia a sud del villaggio (detta dei "Serfisti") dista 10 min. a piedi, le spiagge protette delle Lagune (Los Lagos) distano 15 min. a piedi.   Queste spiagge bianche hanno un fondale basso e degradante.   Il clima è splendido tutto l'anno, non esistono alta e bassa stagione, a El Cotillo non ci sono discoteche e le spiagge non sono attrezzate, un posto ideale per una vacanza "chillout".
