Being centrally located close to the heart of the old village, this accommodation provides very easy access to all local amenities with the beaches of the lagoons only a few minutes walk away.

The internal staircase provides easy access to the large shared roof terrace which affords ocean views to the West - ideal for settling down to watch El Cotillo's famous sunsets.

We have provided a double bed in the sleeping area with bedside cabinets, wardrobe and chest of drawers.   The linen is changed on a weekly basis but the towels are replaced twice a week.
