The living area provides plenty of cupboard and shelf space plus a TV and DVD player.   The TV is tuned to local Spanish television for multilingual guests.

The second bathroom leads off from this area and has a shower, bidet, hand basin and toilet with the added advantage of an outside window which is unusual in many other developments.
