When you are on the patio in front of the apartments, you can see the Toston tower to the west which was once used to provide early warning of invading pirates. The tower is sited on the cliff tops overlooking the long surfer's beach below to the south and the new harbour to the north.

From the patio you also have a view across the 'natural protected parkland' towards the mountains.
